WORKPLACE MOTIVATION STUDY

Consciously or unconsciously, all employees fit in – at least partially – to specific, identifiable role or character types within the workplace. What we often don’t think about is how important these character traits are to a successfully motivated workplace.
What do each of these role-types have to offer? How is the perfect team made up? How do different role types react with each other? How can each role-type help to motivate the team?
The report - written in an easily assimiliated style - offers up some interesting profiles of character types that we will all readily identify with, irrespective of the size or nature of our business. Which of the eight character types presented do you think you mirror to your colleagues?
