I am a Consultant Trichologist and Hair Replacement Specialist for both men and women.

I recently had a grant to enable me to receive Broadband, this, together with my website www.hairman.co.uk , has given me a more professional outlook both for myself and my clients. With being a sole trader with limited funds having broadband has the benefit of me always being online, so I can answer emails straight away and also speak to my clients on the telephone at the same time, with time being precious for me, this has been a bonus. It has also meant me getting information from specialist sites that much quicker than Dial-up, which in the daytime took ages, this has worked well for me in that it means more time spent with clients.

In Hair Replacement, photos of new units and wigs are much quicker for me to download so I can show a potential client something straight away which has been a benefit.

I am also looking into the possibility of doing on-line consultations, which would be a real achievement for me because quite a few people would do this rather than a face to face consultation, people are shy and nervous when discussing their hair and scalp problems and of course saves them travelling time having to come to see me personally.
