We are a small husband and wife graphics and publicity business based in Portswood, Southampton, and we work business-to-business for clients in the field of public transport.

It was becoming very difficult for us to use the internet and especially e-mail, given that most of our tasks involve sending digital images to clients, or simply researching material. Our patience was getting very tested at the speed of dial-up, and we often could not react as quickly as we wished to requests for images, or sending proofs etc. For example sending a Press Release with some high quality photos to a dozen outlets was taking all afternoon!

Well, one of their regular e-mailed circulars gave details of the grants available to install Broadband, and this finally made our minds up, coinciding as it did with a very high phone bill for our dial-up facillity!

It's so nice to use Broadband. No more annoying waits for action, no more big phone bills as we pay a fixed sum per month, and more time to get on with our business! Oh, and everyone we dealt with at Wired Wessex was very helpful and efficient in getting us the grant. If only life was like this all the time . We can't imagine life without Broadband now.
