I run Harris Surveys Ltd, a Land and Buiding Surveying Company. We specialize in the production of digital drawings and plans for use within the designing offices of architects, developers, Property Companies and Local and National Authorities.

All our drawings are sent and received by e-mail. Since being on Broadband these drawings, however large, seem to go down the "wire" smoothly, quickly and with no bother.

Previously we had constant problems with large files. They either timed out or just completely bunged up the whole system. Digital photography is also very important to us, and these files are also effortlessly sent and received without any problem.

The speed of Broadband also helps to access useful sites such as: Multimap.com, quickly, to download site locations and aerial photography information. Since being on Broadband it has encouraged us to use the web more than before and we have recently built a brand new web-site and will be advertising through Google, Yell.com and MSN.

On a personal note, I now "Chat" regularly with friends and family around the world via MSN Messenger which notifies me whenever they might be on-line. This brings me a lot of joy and I would never have done this prior to Broadband.
