Hampshire County Council - Smarter Working Highway Inspectors - Case Study

Rugged PDA devices are helping Highways Inspectors at Hampshire County Council's 12 area offices carry out regular inspections of the 6000 kilometre + County Council maintained roads across the County.

The new devices help facilitate flexible working by enabling users to receive and send emails and view their calendar within Hantsnet and also send and receive data without a need to return to the office.
